We recommend you to attend the entire event from 23 March – 26 March and check-out be made after the 26th March, to enjoy the conference and have more time to meet the members.
In case of postponement of conferences due to unforeseen events – force majeure and/or acts of God, paid meeting packages will be kept by the meeting hotel and as floating credits to cover future conference events subject to further discussions.
